and im so glad to be back on a routine!!
today i will really get to start working out. my end of the week goal is to run 1.5 mile.
i hope i can do it. each day i will add .10 of a mile to my previous run.
for example. today 1.0 mile then tomorrow 1.10 mile then wednesday 1.20 mile, etc etc etc
the crappy part is trying to time out when i will get to work out. some days i will probly have to get up at 545 am to be at the gym at 6.
oy vey but we will see how things progress…
